Full Stack Java Developer (No C2C allowed for this role)

***PLEASE NOTE: Corp to corp (C2C) is NOT available for this specific role***We are seeking a Java Full Stack Software Developer to support our healthcare client.This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, solid database experience, and the ability to operate as a technical leader within a distributed team environment.In addition to hands-on development, this individual will provide guidance to junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders across teams, and contribute to technical decision-making for both current and future initiatives, including emerging AI/LLM-based solutions.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services.Build and enhance front-end user experiences using modern web technologies.Develop scalable back-end services and APIs.Work with SQL databases and ETL/data processing components.Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders across teams.Support cloud-based solutions and infrastructure initiatives.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.Contribute to future AI/LLM-related development efforts where applicable.Partner with contractors and full-time team members to deliver product enhancements for Resource Navigator.Required Qualifications:Strong full-stack software engineering experience.Proficiency in Java and TypeScript.Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and/or Angular.Strong SQL and database development skills.Experience working with ETL processes or data engineering concepts.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments.Exposure to Python development.Familiarity with AI/LLM-related applications or services.Previous experience working in agile product squads.Top SkillsMust-Have SkillsJava DevelopmentTypeScriptReact and/or AngularSQL / Database DevelopmentFull-Stack EngineeringNice-to-Have SkillsGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)PythonAI / LLM Development ExposureCloud Infrastructure Experience
