Role OverviewWe are hiring a Client Service Coordinator to support client communication and execute order processing across both wholesale partners and direct-to-consumer clients.This is a detail-focused, execution role. You will handle day-to-day requests, process orders, and ensure information is accurate and communicated clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming communication from wholesale partners and retail clients (phone and email)Process wholesale orders accurately and in a timely mannerPrepare and send quotes as requestedCreate and send invoices, ensuring accuracyProvide updates to clients regarding order status and timelinesSupport the Beverly Hills store with client inquiries when neededCoordinate internally with sales, production, and shipping teams for order updatesMaintain organized and accurate records across systemsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years experience in customer service, retail, or administrative supportStrong attention to detail and accuracyClear and professional communication skillsOrganized and able to handle multiple requests at onceReliable with consistent follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in jewelry, luxury retail, or wholesale environmentsFamiliarity with order entry or invoicing systemsWhat Success Looks LikeOrders, quotes, and invoices completed accuratelyTimely and professional communication with clientsOrganized handling of daily requests and follow-upsConsistent support for both wholesale and retail needsResolve issues promptly and professionally
