This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improvingperformance review systems that align with our organizational goals, promoting employeedevelopment, and ensuring fairness and transparency.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneEssential Duties/ResponsibilitiesDesign and Implement Performance Management ProgramsDevelop and maintain performance evaluation frameworks, tools, and timelines that support the company's culture and goalsCoordinate Performance Review CyclesOversee end-to-end review processes (annual, semi-annual, or quarterly), including communication, scheduling, and documentationTraining and SupportCollaborate with learning and development to develop training for managers and employees on how to conduct effective evaluations, give constructive feedback, and set SMART goalsData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze performance data and trends to inform leadership decisions and identify opportunities for talent developmentContinuous ImprovementEvaluate the effectiveness of the performance review system and recommend enhancements to drive engagement and accountabilityCompliance & DocumentationEnsure proper documentation of evaluations and compliance with internal policies and external regulationsCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams to align performance outcomes with development plans, promotions, and rewardsManage all employee surveys – 360, pulse survey, manager effectiveness, 180-day, annual evaluation, etc.Analyze and report on survey resultsWork with department managers to customize performance evaluations for each job to be able to give accurate, helpful feedback on job performanceOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management or employee developmentStrong understanding of performance evaluation tools, KPIs, and best practicesExperience with HRIS or performance management softwareCertification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferredExperience in change management and organizational development preferredKnowledge of 360-degree feedback systems and competency models preferredWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsThis position is on-site at a DAP Health clinic location with the possibility of hybridThis job operates in an office setting and requires frequent times of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talkingAbility to lift up to 24 pounds J-18808-Ljbffr
