We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.We are seeking a General Labor - Pipe Plant Team Member for County Materials at our Holmen, WI location.Job DutiesPrepare and inspect concrete forms before productionFollow basic production instructions and layout drawingsPlace and secure steel reinforcement using tools providedInstall concrete accessories in specified locationsClean forms, tools, and work areas after production cycles (may require respirator)Stage materials and components to keep production movingAssist with moving materials using forklifts or cranes (once trained)Support quality control, plant cleaning, and safety activitiesPerform other general labor or production tasks as assignedWork EnvironmentPrimarily indoor manufacturing with some outdoor exposureMay involve heat, cold, noise, dust, and moving equipmentFast-paced, team-oriented environmentPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for most of the shiftBend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularlyUse hand tools, tie guns, and other equipmentWork safely around moving machinery and automated equipmentExperience & QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old0–2 years of related experience (manufacturing experience preferred)Ability to work well in a team environmentWillingness to learn and follow safety proceduresMechanical aptitude is a plusSummaryThe County Materials Family of Companies connects candidates with rewarding careers in concrete manufacturing, an industry that’s growing faster than most.
