Remote Lead Product Management Director

In this role, you will spearhead product strategy and coordinate roadmap development across various platforms to ensure impactful and customer-focused product leadership. You will collaborate with technology, operations, growth, and regulatory teams to create innovative products that address complex challenges. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes. AccountabilitiesOwn and drive product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning across core platforms. Translate business strategy, client insights, and market trends into actionable product plans. Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery and optimization. Establish clear product outcomes and measurable OKRs to guide teams towards impact. Build and manage effective product governance practices for decision-making and prioritization. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams. Serve as a trusted product leader to stakeholders, aligning diverse teams around shared goals. Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, coaching them to be empowered owners. Foster a culture of continuous discovery and rapid experimentation. Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory requirements. RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus. 8–10+ years of experience in product management and leadership of cross-functional teams. Proven success in leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex environments. Strong technical fluency with experience in cloud-based platforms and digital ecosystems. Hands-on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma. Ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions. Excellent communication and influence skills.
