Senior Python Developer

Objectives: Design and develop high-quality Python-based applications using popular frameworks such as Django and Flask. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our software solutions are scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain. Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of software applications by debugging and troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and standards for software development. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for software development to improve our software development process and efficiency. Responsibilities: Design and develop software solutions using Python programming language and related frameworks. Recognize the client’s needs and implement the functional requirements in accordance with them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and create technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software development best practices and standards. Test, debug, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure reliability, performance, and security. Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and technologies. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our software development practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns or issues. Participate in agile development methodologies and use project management tools to manage and track project progress.
