Human Resources Coordinator

At Intellibus, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, employee documentation, HR compliance, work authorization tracking, and employee support.This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within HR Operations and People Management.Role OverviewSupport onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Assist with I-9 verification and work authorization tracking.Coordinate with employees, vendors, and immigration attorneys for documentation and follow-ups.Track visa expiration dates and renewal timelines.Support HR compliance and audit readiness activities.Help improve internal HR processes and operational efficiency.Provide timely support to employees and internal teams.Required Experience & Skills2+ years of HR or HR Operations experience.Familiarity with I-9 verification and work authorization processes.Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and HR systems.Prior experience in staffing, consulting, fintech, banking, or technology environments is a plus.This Role Is For You IfYou take pride in being the most reliable person in the room.You move fast, follow through, and close loops.You enjoy responsibility and pressure.You don’t need praise; results matter more.You see chaos as something to organize, not complain about.Compensation $37,000 - $40,000/YearOur Interview ProcessInitial Meeting with the Hiring Team.Internal Assessment GQ and Presentation assessment.Leadership/delivery scenario interview.Executive discussion.Offer.If you are interested in reaching out to us, please apply, and our team will contact you within the hour.
