Your commitment to compliance with security regulations and your ability to handle various situations with calm assurance will make a significant impact every day. *Responsibilities:* * Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols. * Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and common areas. * Monitor CCTV/security cameras and report suspicious activity. * Control access and verify authorized personnel. * Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies. * Report suspicious persons, theft, vandalism, safety hazards, and property damage. * Maintain a visible and professional security presence. * Prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and property management. * Contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. * Provide professional and courteous customer service. * Follow all company and client security procedures. * Perform other security-related duties as assigned. *Requirements:* * Valid Texas Security Officer License (Level II). * Previous security experience preferred. * Strong communication and observation skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Reliable transportation and punctuality. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must pass required background screening.
