Production Operations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and meeting production targets within a manufacturing facility. Cannabis experience a plus. Duties - Manage and coordinate production activities to ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards - Supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement production schedules and workflows - Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet demand - Collaborate with other departments such as testing and quality assurance to optimize production processes - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills - Experience in managing production in a manufacturing facility - Knowledge of assembly line operations, inventory management, warehouse procedures,, packaging and order fulfillment. - Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a production team effectively - Cannabis experience (compliance, product development, METRC) preferred.
