We encourage success and growth for each employee equally, and continuously uphold our impeccable standards.We are looking for candidates who are interested in performing Skip Tracing in office at our facility in Grandville, Michigan.This position is responsible for generating, compiling and analyzing data to locate elusive individuals and collateral while communicating with lien holders and service field agents in an effort to achieve collateral collection while providing exemplary service in a financially beneficial manner.Primary Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesProvide skip tracing services to locate debtor/collateral information and locationHandle accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalismManage a high volume of phone calls to meet required performance standards and metricsProvide accurate, valid and complete information to clients, agents and managementMaintain or exceed established objectives per Loss Prevention Services and client policies and proceduresMust maintain strict confidentialityAdhere to all state and federal laws; stay informed of changes in policies and proceduresComplete special projects or additional tasks as assignedMeet personal/team goalsQualifications/SkillsPrevious experience with Skip Tracing preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrefer 1 year of Customer Service experienceStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong decision making, problem solving, and negotiation skillsEffective and professional verbal and written communicationBasic proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applicationsStrong interpersonal skillsHand and eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate computer mouse and keyboard and other basic office equipmentThis is not a remote work opportunity.
