Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Melbourne, FL. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining high service standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines, managing inventory, and driving profitability through strategic planning. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both team members and guests will be an essential part of the role.
