Title: Peoplesoft FSCM ConsultantLocation: ustin, TXDuration: One year contract roleRequired:Client's experience responding to and maintaining customer requests via the CAPPS Service Desk tickets with current information and statuses, including but not limited to break fixes, required maintenance, and enhancement requestsExperience providing training assistance and User Acceptance Testing support for designated agency personnelExperience participating in ERP initiativesExperience developing functional design documents for all required code modifications, writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programsExperience developing, executing, validating, and recording test scenarios and scripts to ensure critical requirements are metExperience with creating and maintaining 508/A DA documents for distributionExperience working with PeopleSoft FSCIVI core modules on version 9.2 or higherKnowledge of information Technology infrastructure ure Library principles and practices for lT Activities such as lT service management and I T asset management that focus on aligning lT services with the needs of the businessExperience working with Texas state government processes, policies, and procedures (Preferred)Client's experience participating in Priority 1 and Priority 2 (P1lP2) incidents according to module responsibilities (Preferred)Experience participating in disaster recovery exercises (Preferred)Client's experience analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and to improve existing CAPPS Financials functionality for implementations and production support (Preferred)Client's experience reviewing CAPPS system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine if the requested change is possible within CAPPS (Preferred)Client's experience planning, designing, developing , implementing, supporting, and maintaining security measures to safeguard system information to ensure that CAPPS produces accurate data, performs efficiently, and adheres to applicable state/federal policies (Preferred)Client's experience performing customer-facing responsibilities in support of the CAPPS expansion efforts for Central and Hub agencies (Preferred)Client's experience maintaining accurate CAPPS documentation of expansion and/or Production analysis and deliverables.
