Maintenance Worker

Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition at all times. Duties - Supervise and perform maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities - Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly - Welding, electrical, and mechanical work as needed - Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff Qualifications - Proficiency in English for effective communication - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices - Experience with electrical and mechanical systems - Ability to read and understand schematics - Familiarity with CMMS is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $15.74 - $16.77 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Required) Maintenance: 1 year (Required) Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
