National Account Manager - CoatingsPosition OverviewThe National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts in the coatings sector, focusing on resinous and epoxy products. This position aims to drive sales growth, enhance customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical expertise and understanding of architectural specifications in construction materials.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key national accounts in the coatings industry.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.Provide technical sales support to clients, helping them understand product applications and benefits.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that meet customer needs and market demands.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in technical sales within the coatings or construction materials industry.Strong knowledge of resinous and epoxy products and their applications.Experience with architectural specifications and construction materials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.BenefitsMedical, Vision, Dental401KUncapped commission
