Compass Concierge and Companions is looking for a highly organized, people-focused Scheduler/Assistant Manager to help keep our caregivers supported and our clients receiving consistent, high-quality care.This is a fast-paced, essential role at the heart of our operations. If you thrive on problem-solving, communicating, and making things happen in real time - we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling & CoordinationManage daily schedules for caregivers and clientsHandle call-outs and last-minute coverage needsApprove time-off requests and adjust schedules accordinglySend weekly schedules and updates to staffCoordinate orientations, trainings, and team meetingsAdministrative SupportMaintain accurate employee and client recordsTrack evaluations and required documentationSupport day-to-day office operationsCaregiver & Client SupportCommunicate schedule changes clearly with caregivers, clients, and familiesHelp ensure continuity of care for all clientsStep in to problem-solve urgent staffing needsOn-Call RotationParticipate in an on-call rotation to support urgent scheduling needsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in home care, senior care, or a similar scheduling role preferredAbility to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable using scheduling software Reliable, proactive, and team-orientedAble to provide hands-on client care if the need arises and travel to different client locations in Southern MaineWhy Join Us:At Compass Concierge and Companions, we believe that supporting our clients starts with supporting our team.
