About the JobJob Details:Food preparation of house recipes, helping out in dish room, organizing walk in, and keeping preparation for line cooks fully stocked.Must have experience in restaurant cooking, sanitation, knife skills and following recipes.Must have experience in in using light food equipment, robo coupe, two rack dishwasher, emerson blender, blenders and baking off breads.Recalculation of recipes to adjust yield.Full time or part time, mostly weekends.Must have experience in FIFO, serve safe certificate not required but if valid there is a pay increase.About the Company
