The right candidate enjoys working with numbers, solving small problems, and learning how business and finance connect. Training will be provided, and there are opportunities to grow into more advanced analysis over time.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and check financial records, customer statements, and vendor statements for accuracy.Compare data from different sources and highlight any differences for follow-up.Prepare simple reports and schedules to support month-end activities.Use Excel daily to organize, track, and present information clearly.Work closely with AP, AR, payroll, and operations teams to solve day-to-day issues.Provide summaries of trends or findings in a clear and simple format for management.Suggest improvements that make processes smoother and more efficient.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a data-focused role (manufacturing experience a plus).Strong Excel skills.SQL or coding knowledge is a plus, but not required.Detail-oriented with a logical mindset and willingness to learn.Good communication skills and the ability to explain findings clearly.
