Job Description SUMMARYThe basic function of this position is to select product from pick slot locations for shipment to customers safely operating a battery powered pallet jack.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPSThe Selector reports to the night warehouse Manager.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesReceive orders and accurately select items for shipmentEnter all assignments into WIN computer systemPlace selected items on pallet with heaviest items on bottom when possible to avoid damageDrop completed pallets at correct location for LoaderShrink wrap pallets when complete for shipment stability and damage controlSafely operate a battery powered pallet jackSafely lift up to 80 poundsMust be able to understand and speak English for voice selection systemMust be able to read English for product descriptions/labelsAble to follow instructions and adhere to preferred work methods and safety rulesOther duties as assigned by Supervisor or ManagerQUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent is required.Must be able to pass pallet jack certificationOvernight
