This role plays a key hands‑on part in supporting and enhancing our HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday Core HCM and related configurations.The HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR, Leaders, and IT to translate business needs into effective system solutions. While this role does not carry senior‑level ownership, it requires strong technical configuration skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to support system stability, adoption, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Configuration & SupportConfigure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including business processes, workflows, condition rules, validations, and security rolesProvide day‑to‑day HRIS support and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of system issuesSupport Workday releases by testing functionality, assessing impacts, and assisting with deployment activitiesConduct regular audits and data reviews to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliancePartnership & DeliveryPartner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into scalable Workday solutionsCollaborate with IT on integrations, data flows, and system stabilityParticipate in cross‑functional projects, providing HRIS expertise and configuration supportContribute to backlog management by identifying enhancements, defects, and optimization opportunitiesProcess Improvement & DocumentationSupport continuous improvement efforts across HR systems, processes, and user experienceDevelop and maintain system documentation, job aids, and process guidesAssist with user training and adoption efforts to promote effective use of WorkdayReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain standard and ad‑hoc Workday reports to support business and compliance needsProvide analytical support to HR partners as neededTake on additional responsibilities as the HR systems landscape evolvesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field2+ years of experience working with HRIS/HCM systemsHands‑on Workday configuration experience (Core HCM required)Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or process improvementsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications3–5 years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on WorkdayExposure to additional Workday modules (e.g., Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance)Experience supporting HR processes such as employee lifecycle events, job changes, or compensation cyclesExperience working in a matrixed or evolving organizationSkills & AbilitiesStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to translate business requirements into system configurationCollaborative, customer‑focused approach to problem solvingComfortable working through ambiguity with guidance and supportClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VisioStrong Excel skills (advanced preferred)
