Residential Counselor - Hunters Ridge CILA A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each.Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities.Location: Hoffman Estates, ILHours: Part-TimeSchedule: Sunday 3pm - Monday 9am (18hrs/week)Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!Responsibilities:Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual's use of community resources.Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license requiredMust be 21 years of age
