Ayco is committed to building a culturally diverse environment, and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concernsFacilitate payment function, answer client queries on accounts, portfolios and recordsDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportGuide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company website or using the products or servicesCollaborate with other client services professionals and financial advisors to improve client experienceWillingness to cross train in other operational functions beyond day-to-day assignmentReview and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirementsProcess team specific tasks as requested by the business.Utilize proprietary and external systems to evaluate complex issues and make critical thinking decisionsInterface with teams and businesses resolve on-going issues and answer specific policy questionsProvide support and work on special projects as requestedQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree1-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesProven analytical skills and problem solving abilityTeam player with positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of the organizationFlexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Great active listening skillsExceptional interpersonal and rapport building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interest in client service/operationsCommercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive informationAnalyst must understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and complianceApply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate
