Salesforce Administrator
Job DescriptionExperience: 5+ YearsQuantumtech Inc. is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, optimize, and support Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, user management, security, automation, reporting, and overall platform governance.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Salesforce environments, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and business processes.Develop and maintain Flows, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Process Automation.Create dashboards, reports, custom report types, and analytics for business stakeholders.Manage data imports, exports, data quality, duplicate management, and ongoing data maintenance.Support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce production support.Manage sandbox environments, deployment activities, change sets, and release coordination.Work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.Perform system audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve Salesforce performance and usability.Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, security controls, and system changes.Ensure Salesforce configurations follow platform best practices and organizational governance standards.Required Skills5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Hands-on experience with:Salesforce FlowProfiles and Permission SetsRoles and Sharing RulesValidation RulesRecord TypesPage LayoutsReports and DashboardsData LoaderImport WizardApproval ProcessesStrong understanding of Salesforce security and access-control models.Experience with Salesforce Sandbox management and production deployments.Understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and connected applications.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work directly with business users and translate functional requirements into Salesforce configurations.Preferred SkillsSalesforce Certified Administrator certification.Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms is preferred.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.About Quantumtech Inc.Quantumtech Inc. is a technology consulting and workforce solutions company focused on creating transparent, consultant-friendly employment and engagement models.
