We train you, find you the right assignment and stand behind you as you grow.Patient VolunteerPart of a Patient's Care Team. You will make weekly visits to offer companionship for Patients. Examples of Patient care Volunteer opportunities include reading to the Patient, assisting with a hobby, conversation, listening to music or even watching a TV show together.Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to enter facilities & visit your Hospice Patient.Volunteers are matched with 1 Patient at a time to someone within a 15-minute radius to where you live.Requirements:Must be able to commit to Volunteer for 6 months - one year @ 2 - 4 x per month for up to 1 hour.No resume needed but an excellent skill and resume builder.Volunteer Coordinator always goes along with you on your 1st Patient visit.
