Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Director to oversee the daily operations of our LightRx Medspa location in indianapolis. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing clinic operations, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, coordinating patient services, and driving clinic growth through exceptional service and outcomes.
