FSA Licensed Actuary Director

A company is looking for a Director of Actuarial Pricing (FSA). Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of pricing strategies for Group and Supplemental Benefits products Own pricing assumptions, methodologies, and governance to ensure alignment with profitability and risk objectives Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product development and market strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation required 6+ years of actuarial experience, particularly in Group and/or Supplemental Benefits pricing Strong understanding of pricing frameworks and insurance product design Experience developing and managing actuarial models; familiarity with modeling tools is a plus
