Clinical eLearning Developer

To support the development of engaging online training materials, the full-time remote Clinical Application eLearning Developer will design and implement virtual training resources for clinical and business applications while collaborating with various teams to enhance learning experiences. Key responsibilities Design and develop virtual training materials and engaging learning resources Coordinate with instructional designers and troubleshoot eLearning software issues Establish metrics for training effectiveness and conduct skill assessments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 1 - 4+ years of experience in an eLearning capacity Experience in training within an Epic enterprise implementation environment preferred Healthcare experience preferred, particularly in clinical documentation and ambulatory settings Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools
