Job Description
The Facilities Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and ensuring the operational efficiency of a facility's physical infrastructure. This position involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting various building systems to provide a safe and functional environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Respond promptly to repair requests and facility issues.Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and systems.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.Support emergency response efforts related to building systems.Assist in maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.
