Behavioral Health Technician

Improved Dynamics ABA is currently seeking hardworking Behavior Technicians to join our growing organization. BTs are responsible for aiding the BCBA/LBAs in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. The Behavior Technician must have an understanding of autism and how to treat the deficits and behaviors associated with the diagnosis and learn applied behavior analysis (ABA) standards and practices.ResponsibilitiesImplement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA in clients’ homes or in clinicProvide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapyMaintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisorsCollect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progressQualificationsAccess to reliable transportation, local travel requiredMinimum of high school diploma or equivalentThe ability to work flexible, full and part-time schedulesExperience working with children with ASD or other diagnosed disabilities preferredStrong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills requiredWhat Improved Dynamics can offer:Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experienceFlexible part-time schedulesJob Type: Part-timeBenefits:Flexible schedule
