This group operates in a collaborative environment, working closely with leadership and clients to deliver high-quality financial and tax solutions.About the RoleThis Tax Associate will play a key role in supporting a variety of tax engagements, with a focus on individual tax work. You'll partner directly with senior team members and leadership, gaining strong exposure to client-facing responsibilities while contributing to overall team development and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review individual tax returns, with exposure to other entity types as neededSupport tax planning and compliance efforts across a diverse client baseAssist with research on tax regulations and application to client situationsCollaborate with senior staff and leadership on client deliverables and deadlinesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standardsAssist with general accounting or financial reporting support as neededContribute to process improvements and support special projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldRelevant accounting experience, ideally within public accounting or tax-focused environmentsExposure to individual tax returns and related compliance workExperience with tax software and proficiency in ExcelDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsPreferred ExperienceExperience working with individual clients and high-net-worth returns is a plusExposure to partnerships or corporate returns is beneficial but not requiredCPA eligibility or progress toward certification is a plusProcess improvement mindset with the ability to identify efficienciesThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established yet growing firm with a strong platform for career development.
