We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect & Developer who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.Role Details:Salesforce Solution Architect & DeveloperJob DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect & Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support enterprise business processes and digital transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on Salesforce development and integration work across the Salesforce platform.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the **Salesforce ecosystem and be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, and security across the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution ArchitectureDesign end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.Define system architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.Lead solution design workshops with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.Provide architectural oversight across Salesforce applications including Sales, Service, and custom solutions.Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Establish governance standards, design documentation, and development guidelines.Salesforce DevelopmentDevelop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.Configure and customize Salesforce features including workflows, flows, validation rules, and process automation.Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.Design and implement scalable data models, custom objects, and complex automation processes.Perform code reviews and mentor development teams.Integration & Platform ManagementArchitect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as ERP, marketing automation, and data platforms.Support integration frameworks using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.Optimize platform performance and ensure secure data exchange.Governance & Best PracticesEstablish Salesforce development standards and CI/CD processes.Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.Lead platform roadmap planning and technical strategy.Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform improvements.Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with product owners, business analysts, and IT leadership to deliver scalable solutions.Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.Support Agile development processes and participate in sprint planning and architecture reviews.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.Deep experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and automation tools.Experience designing complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as:Salesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified System ArchitectSalesforce Platform Developer I/IIExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.Experience working in large enterprise environments.Key SkillsSalesforce Solution ArchitectureApex DevelopmentLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)Data Modeling & Security ArchitectureAgile DevelopmentDevOps / CI-CDEnterprise System IntegrationAbout GSquared Group: Shouldn’t your recruiting partner put as much effort and value into your career as you do?
