JOIN OUR TEAM!Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a National Skilled Recruiter to join our team in Glendale Hieghts, Illinois.This individual will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves sourcing and submitting resumes to the client; understanding their needs, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful recruitment of candidates to fill those needs; in addition to handling client check-ins onsite at the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have one to two to three years minimum of experience in the staffing industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with a diverse applicant and client base. Apply online and kick-start your career today!Pay, Schedule, and Location$24-25/hour, paid weekly, plus OT & bonus potential.Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. *may need to be available after hours based on client needs.Located in Glendale Heights, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Build a deep understanding of each client's needs and recruit a qualified talent pipeline to build their team.Effectively educate and promote candidates on various open positions.Source and submit resumes for open positions.Apply strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to ensure smooth interactions between clients, candidates, and internal teams.Thoroughly screen applicants to fill positions with specific requirements.Keep thorough records of all interactions with clients and employees.Exhibit a willingness to perform client visits and attend job fairs as needed.Demonstrate the ability to interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy.Manage field employees, including attendance, coaching and terminations.
