Maintenance & Production Supervisor
Job DescriptionMaintenance & Production SupervisorMonday - Friday, 7A - 4P and on-call $80k+ depending on experience Join a stable, family-owned agricultural manufacturing company where many employees have been with the company 10+ years. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and develop production operators through training, coaching, and performance managementOversee production batches to ensure quality, safety, and process complianceMaintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Enforce feed safety, quality, and company safety programsEnsure safe operation of equipment and coordinate with maintenance as neededParticipate in the Feed Safety Team and support audits and documentationPlay key role in supporting production performance, team development, and continuous improvement.Handle maintenance needs as they arise.QualificationsBachelor's degree or 2-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience (required)Minimum 5 years production experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory roleKnowledge of production operations and feed safety/quality standardsStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsComfortable using basic computer tools (email, MS Office)Previous experience working with pumps, valves, heat exchangers and boilers (prefer Boilers License)Must be able to pass background check & have valid driver's license If interested, please email resume to: jroepke@aventure.com It's our job to get YOU hired (and we do it for free!)
