We're looking for a passionate Cookie Baker who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in creating delicious baked goods from scratch.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake a variety of cookies according to recipes and production schedulesMeasure, mix, and portion ingredients accuratelyMonitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure consistent qualityDecorate or finish cookies when neededMaintain a clean and organized kitchen workspaceFollow food safety and sanitation guidelinesAssist with ingredient prep and inventory when neededRequirementsPrevious baking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefullyStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if neededAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
