With a presence across the USA, India, Japan, UAE, and Indonesia, we export to 35+ countries, serving some of the world’s most demanding industries.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectivesRevenue Growth: Drive growth through new business development and expansion of key accountsForecasting & Reporting: Own sales forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI managementDeal Closure: Lead high-value deal closures, guiding negotiations and ensuring contract executionStrategic Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships to unlock new growth channelsMarket Insights: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine strategyProcess Optimization: Improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and conversion ratesRisk Management: Identify and mitigate risks impacting sales performanceQualifications5–10 years of proven sales and business development experience in Chemicals or Specialty ChemicalsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferredStrong track record of client acquisition and relationship management at senior levelsExcellent communication and executive stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated leadership in building and scaling high-performing sales teamsStrong understanding of Fortune 500 client landscapeProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
