Program Manager – Gen AI Operations & Program Coordination
Responsible for supporting an accelerated Gen AI solutions program focused on delivering workforce transformation within a 45-day implementation model. This role partners with cross-functional teams to track progress, maintain program roadmaps, and support execution of solutions currently available and planned for upcoming quarters.The position blends program management, Scrum leadership, technical writing, and coordination, requiring a candidate who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Success in this role depends on strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining clear documentation and reporting.Experience Requirements2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management 1–2 years of consulting experience Experience working in technology or consulting environments preferred Team & Function OverviewSupports an accelerated Gen AI solutions program focused on rapid workforce transformation Team of 11 supporting solution development, reporting, and roadmap management Responsible for tracking current offerings and future roadmap (e.g., upcoming quarters) Works across multiple teams to support delivery, coordination, and reporting efforts Core ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming Own prioritization and management of the product backlog in partnership with stakeholders Produce and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and release notes Ensure documentation is clear, current, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders Lead program management initiatives to support operational efficiency Own reporting and consolidation of program updates for senior leadership Develop narratives for internal updates and external-facing content (e.g., blogs, marketing) Coordinate end-to-end partner engagement pipelines, including reviews, nominations, and event coordination Manage operational backlog, including triaging, prioritizing, and resolving outstanding items Audit and maintain internal knowledge resources (wikis, runbooks, content) Support pillar leads by tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring milestone completion Manage operational processes and drive alignment across systems Consolidate reporting across systems to provide accurate program visibility Support reporting on progress toward key targets Work EnvironmentMonday–Friday, standard business hours (8am–5pm CT) Occasional evening calls (1–2 as needed) Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Must-Have SkillsExperience with backlog management tools Strong operational excellence in processes and workflows Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams Experience with reporting and consolidating data across systems Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Nice-to-Have SkillsAgile practitioner experience (e.g., SAFe) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Business process consulting experience Performance IndicatorsQuality and clarity of program reporting and documentation Ability to manage and maintain backlog and operational processes Effectiveness in coordinating cross-functional workstreams Accuracy and usability of knowledge management resources Progress tracking against program targets What Makes This Role InterestingOpportunity to work on Gen AI initiatives within an innovation-focused environment Involvement in a delivery model designed to drive transformation within a 45-day timeframe Exposure to a market-changing approach to solution delivery Collaboration across multiple teams supporting emerging technology initiatives Ideal Candidate ProfileBackground in program coordination, operations, or project management Experience supporting Agile teams and managing backlogs Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders
