This role will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects across various teamsPartner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesTrack project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependenciesFacilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverablesCoordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendorsMaintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and artifactsSupport change management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadershipEnsure alignment with internal processes, compliance, and governance standardsQualifications3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project managementExperience supporting cross-functional or technology-related projects preferredSkillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting prioritiesProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailFamiliarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
