IMPORTANT!McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.Under direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader. Performs duties assisting staff nurses in the treatment and care of patient in accordance with the established methods and procedures of the hospital.
