Parents have peace of mind knowing they can influence and monitor the play via the parent app.About the RoleWe’re looking for an Organic Social & Content Manager to lead bondu’s organic social presence, both day to day and long term, across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This person will help shape how bondu shows up in the world every single day. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, create standout content, and understand what makes people stop scrolling. Someone who knows how to build a brand through organic social, understands what feels native to each platform, and can turn product moments, parenting truths, trends, and real customer stories into content people actually want to watch, share, and engage with. You should be equal parts social strategist, content creator, copywriter, and community builder.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute bondu’s organic social strategy across key platformsConcept, create, and publish content across formats, including short-form video, static assets, Stories, captions, trend-based content, founder-led content, product storytelling, and community-led momentsManage the organic content calendar from idea through publishing, including feature launches, campaigns, evergreen storytelling, creator content, and relevant cultural or seasonal momentsPartner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, PR, founders, and external creators to bring ideas to lifeEngage with the community by monitoring comments and DMs, participating in relevant conversations, surfacing useful insights, and helping ensure bondu always feels approachable, responsive, and humanStay on top of trends, platform changes, and emerging content behaviors, then translate those shifts into smart ideas for the brandTrack performance and use learnings to continually improve content, engagement, and overall social impact Qualifications3–5 years of experience in organic social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related fieldStrong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn best practicesExperience creating short-form video, static content, and social-first storytellingStrong copywriting and editing skillsComfortable using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms to create contentStrong understanding of social analytics and how to turn performance into clear next-step recommendationsExperience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, PR, founders, or external creators, start-up experience a bonus!Ability to stay on top of trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts without losing the brand voice Application ProcessThink you might be a good fit?
