Key Responsibilities:Perform hand assembly of components and products following work instructions and specificationsAssemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and basic machineryInspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are metOperate manufacturing equipment and maintain consistent production outputFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRecord production data and complete required documentation accuratelyIdentify defects or issues and report them to supervisors promptlyAssist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipmentWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environmentsAbility to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detailBasic knowledge of hand tools and assembly processesAbility to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as neededStrong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
