Support in reviewing new or revised processes for accuracy under the guidance of senior engineers. Coordinate in cross-functional problem-solving efforts to address quality-related issues, including customer concerns. Prepare, review, and maintain First Article Inspection Reports/Packages. Prepare contract reviews for incoming production parts. Support in reviewing test results and dimensional inspections to confirm proper execution. Train to become a Designated Quality Representative (DQR) and provide support as needed. Track, document, and coordinate the proper disposition of Customer Non-Conforming products. Maintain and communicate updates to Quality Operating Procedures (QOPs) and Work Instructions (QWIs). Must be a US Person (U.S Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident). Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Quality Engineering preferred). Minimum of 5 years of relevant quality control experience within a manufacturing environment. Must read and understand mechanical drawings and ANSI Y14.5 standard. Familiarity with manufacturing quality processes. Must be detail oriented, strong communications skills, math skills,good mechanical aptitude, and strong computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc. Experience with MRP/ERPpreferred. *Drug and background screenings are conducted upon hire.
