Traditional research methods measure public opinion and digital listening tools count mentions – but public opinion is driven by media narratives and mentions don't provide strategic signals for communicators. ClarifyAI was built to empower communicators with knowledge about what audiences are seeing and hearing and the ability to take action based on those insights.Our Director of Customer Growth (or Head of Growth, depending on experience) is the bridge between the data and insights produced by the ClarifyAI platform and empowering communicators at a broad array of clients working across politics, public affairs and brand reputation. They will lead our efforts to introduce ClarifyAI's capabilities and methodology to the world's most sophisticated strategists, agencies, and war rooms. This is an entrepreneurial role that will drive business development, marketing and client success while we grow. This role is ideal for someone who has led teams in an agency or consulting setting and owned major client relationships.The Core Pillars of the Role1. Insight-Led Growth & MarketingShared Strategic Vision : You will be an evangelist for the impact ClarifyAI's media insights and data can drive for campaigns and communications professionals.Editorial Perspective: You will use ClarifyAI to produce public analyses on breaking narratives in politics, public affairs and brand reputation, positioning us as a must-have for modern communicators.Networking: Leverage your existing network world to open doors for high‐value client partnerships.2. Strategic Analysis & Client SuccessLead Key Accounts: You will act as a strategic partner for our top‐tier clients (political consultants, paid media strategists, and public affairs executives), helping them use and interpret ClarifyAI's intelligence to win their narrative battles.Client Retention through Value: Ensure users are successfully integrating our narrative intelligence into their client‐facing recommendations and materials.Innovation: Work with the engineering team to develop new ways to measure the impact of narratives in our clients' campaigns.Who You AreYou might be a digital media strategist, entrepreneurial pollster, or a data‐obsessed media consultant. You love the "Aha!" moment of finding a trend in the data – and turning it into a strategic win for your client. You are driven to build the future of narrative intelligence for political, public affairs and brand clients.Required ExperienceAgency or Consulting Background: 6+ years at a Communications or Ad Agency, Public Opinion or Data Analytics firm, or Media Consultancy. You have managed projects from conceptual design through to final presentation. You have managed people and facilitated their growth in a professional setting.Entrepreneurial DNA: You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You are comfortable in the early‐stage hustle where you might be doing a deep‐dive analysis at 10 AM, a sales demo at 2 PM and a product road‐mapping call at 4 PM.Political/Public Affairs Fluency: You understand how campaigns work at a strategic and resource allocation level: how a candidate's reputation is built and issues are won. Additionally, you know how to communicate with clients working on high profile electoral, legislative and brand challenges.Technical Writing: The ability to write a proposal or memo that is rigorous enough for a researcher but accessible enough for a non‐technical client.Technical Literacy: You don't need to be a software engineer but you need to be able to engage in technical discussions about product development, data analysis, research (polling or data analytics for example), and message development.Why ClarifyAI?Shape the Standard: You won't just be using a tool; you'll be defining how the next generation of communications insights are built.High‐Level Exposure: You will be the face of our methodology to the biggest names in public affairs.CompensationBase Salary:$120,000 to $160,000 (Director‐level)$180,000 to $220,000 (Head‐of‐Growth level)Incentives: Significant financial incentives based on revenue targetsBenefits: Health care stipend; 401k; unlimited paid time off#J-18808-Ljbffr
