Billing Transformation Compliance Analyst
Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Billing Transformation Compliance Analyst to join us in a full-time capacity.
Location Requirement:
This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
The Billing Transformation Compliance Analyst is a detailoriented and analytical professional responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing related to taxation, regulatory fees, and surcharges. This role supports revenue assurance efforts by analyzing billing data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring correct application of taxes and fees in customer invoicing.
The position collaborates with crossfunctional teams-including; Parent company Tax team, Product, Regulatory, IT, Finance, and Customer Service, as well external tax departments-to resolve billing issues, enhance reporting automation, and support improvements in billing system performance. The Analyst also assists the Billing Transformation team in designing, developing, and executing processes that ensure accurate billing of taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or other technical/analytical field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, and systems and business practices is required.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting is required.
Familiarity with tax, regulatory and surcharge fillings and configurations is required.
Telecommunications industry knowledge
Preferred:
Effective organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate with multiple leaders and levels of the business.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail are essential.
The ability to meet pressured deadlines and prioritize competing priorities.
Ability to comprehend technical product structures in various formats.
Ability to understand work with multiple billing platforms, understand system processes and query language is required.

Salary Range: $64,050 - $80,115
