This individual will build and lead execution of the marketing plans that drive commercial business objectives including brand awareness, consideration, trial, and advocacy. This key leader will work with cross-functional teams and manage external agencies to develop brand campaigns to drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesElevate McCormick’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to build emotional connections with consumers and reinforce its status as a leader in its top categories. Lead annual marketing planning process and support leadership in driving a 3-year roadmap for the McCormick and Club House brands. Oversee the creation of impactful seasonal/tentpole and always on marketing campaigns, partnering with key cross functional partners including media, social media, public relations, digital, and sales, ensuring alignment with target audience insights and business goals. Lead external agencies and internal studio teams to bring to life all aspects of creative content strategy and development across McCormick paid, owned and earned channels. Lead creative agency partnerships to execute large-scale campaign photo and video shoots, and always on digital content. Partner with consumer insights and growth teams to generate data-backed insights, strategies, and best practices for brand marketing plans and campaigns through comprehensive market research and analysis. Partner with the media, and insights teams to measure effectiveness of paid, owned, and earned activity, reporting on insights and optimizing programs based on data. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global team of marketers. Required QualificationsBachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field of study; MBA preferredAt least 10+ years of experience in marketing with 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing leadership positionsExtensive experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with experience in food & beverage strongly preferredExperience in brand and portfolio management, with a strong understanding of commercial business goals and metricsExperience leading creative and media agency partnerships, from RFP through campaign execution and measurementConsumer-centric with a deep understanding of digital, social and retail media platforms and trendsExtremely strong creative and analytical skills, coupled with ability to turn data into actionable insightsExceptional executive-level presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and externallyDemonstrated success in building and evolving organizations, leading global and diverse teams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration is essential Proven analytical, project management, and organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication skills required Base Salary: $140,610-253,080Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Dividend Program.
