Epic Applications Analyst (OpTime/Anesthesia) – Direct HireLocation: White Plains, NYEmployment Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (75 hours per pay period / 37.5 hours per week)Compensation: $46.66–$69.99 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, maintain, and support Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applicationsConfigure and support third-party integrations (e.g., SPM, TrackCore, and other vendor solutions)Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely end-user support through resolutionGather business and clinical requirements to develop effective system solutionsCollaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, and IT teams on system enhancementsExecute application changes following change management processes, including testing and documentationSupport system upgrades, implementations, and go-live activitiesFacilitate IT rounding meetings, ticket prioritization, and project updatesCreate and maintain workflow documentation, training materials, and user guidesDevelop reports using Epic reporting toolsParticipate in security, downtime, backup, and disaster recovery planning.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredMinimum 3 years of Epic application analyst experienceEpic OpTime Certification (required)Experience supporting Epic OpTime workflowApplication testing and validation experienceExperience with third-party system integrationsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
