Field Talent Specialist Pay Rate: Starting at $18 per hour.Location: Hampton, GAA dynamic and growing company in Hampton GA, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Talent Specialist to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people, loves logistics, and has a strong sense of quality and follow-through.Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard evaluatorsBuild and maintain a diverse, reliable, and geographically distributed evaluator poolAssign evaluators to projects based on location, availability, and experienceCommunicate clearly and respectfully with evaluators about project instructions, expectations, and deadlinesMonitor report quality and evaluator performance; provide coaching and feedbackEditing & reviewing reports for accuracyMaintain internal records and tracking of evaluator activity and availabilityWork with the operations team to forecast evaluator needs for upcoming contractsPost assignments and projectsHelp improve tools and systems that make recruitment, scheduling, and communication smootherCoordinate outreach initiatives with Social Media SpecialistRequirements & Other Qualifications:2+ years in community management, recruiting, customer service, or field coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized and detail-oriented - you love building structure where it's neededComfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and email communication platformsAble to work independently and problem-solve with limited oversightOutgoing and bubbly personalityBonus: Experience with market research, or remote workforce managementBenefits Of Working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayJoin Us.PrideStaff Company OverviewPrideStaff wants you to Succeed!
