Field Talent SpecialistPay Rate:Starting at $18 per hour. Location:Hampton, GA A dynamic and growing company in Hampton GA, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Talent Specialist to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people, loves logistics, and has a strong sense of quality and follow-through. Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard evaluators Build and maintain a diverse, reliable, and geographically distributed evaluator pool Assign evaluators to projects based on location, availability, and experience Communicate clearly and respectfully with evaluators about project instructions, expectations, and deadlines Monitor report quality and evaluator performance; provide coaching and feedback Editing & reviewing reports for accuracy Maintain internal records and tracking of evaluator activity and availability Work with the operations team to forecast evaluator needs for upcoming contracts Post assignments and projects Help improve tools and systems that make recruitment, scheduling, and communication smoother Coordinate outreach initiatives with Social Media Specialist Requirements & Other Qualifications:2+ years in community management, recruiting, customer service, or field coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented you love building structure where it's needed Comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and email communication platforms Able to work independently and problem-solve with limited oversight Outgoing and bubbly personality Bonus:Experience with market research, or remote workforce management Benefits Of Working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay PrideStaff Company OverviewPrideStaff wants you to Succeed!
