The NFLPA Certified Agent will be expected to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure endorsement deals. Additionally, the role involves providing career advice, coordinating legal and financial guidance, and overseeing athletes’ off-field ventures. The agent will also be responsible for scouting and recruiting emerging talent while ensuring compliance with NFLPA regulations and standards. Regular communication with clients, teams, and collaborators is a key component of this role. Qualifications Proven expertise in contract negotiation, career planning, and athlete managementStrong communication, relationship-building, and client service skillsIn-depth knowledge of NFL regulations, policies, and the sports industry landscapeExperience with branding, endorsements, and marketing strategiesAbility to scout, recruit, and develop talentExceptional organizational and time-management skillsMust hold active certification as an NFLPA Certified AgentBachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
