We are hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.Responsibilities:Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patientsPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summariesEstablish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilitiesTravel to nearby centers may be requiredQualifications:Valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and CredentialsSNF and/or Acute care experienceCornerstone Rehab delivers innovative rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities in the United States.
