Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes QualificationsQualifications Active LPN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact A minimum of one year of LPN experience required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization required.
