The plant has one of the most accurate and largest production calibration facilities in the USA.What is the role about?As a Process Engineer for Endress+Hauser Flow USA, reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Engineering, you will be responsible for leading, deploying, and sustaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices across our manufacturing operations. This role drives equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through strong Lean Manufacturing fundamentals, cross functional engagement, and data driven problem solving. The successful candidate will act as a change agent, building TPM capability at all levels of the organization while delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.Which tasks will you perform?TPM System Deployment & GovernanceLead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of TPM systems aligned with E+H Flow standardsIntegrate LEAN tools into TPM to eliminate losses and improve flowEnsure TPM practices are embedded into daily management systems and standard operating proceduresPillar Leadership & CoachingChampion core TPM pillars, including:Autonomous MaintenancePlanned MaintenanceQuality MaintenanceFocused Improvement & problem solvingEarly Equipment ManagementTraining & Skills DevelopmentLoss Elimination & Reliability EngineeringFacilitate loss analysis, breakdown reduction, and preventive maintenance optimization initiativesOperator Development & Culture BuildingCoach and train operators, technicians, and leaders on TPM principles, standards, and behaviorsSupport cultural transformation toward operator ownership, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvementKPI Ownership & Visual ManagementEstablish and track TPM KPIs, ensuring progress is visible, sustained, and aligned with business objectivesPartner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability, OEE, and asset lifecycle performanceDevelop systems to collect, analyze and manipulate data through Excel, Power Bi or other methods to provide data driven decisionsAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate customer needsWhat do we expect from you?TPM experience or work in mature TPM systemsStrong Lean, data, and problemsolving backgroundAbility to influence and lead without authorityExcellent communication, coaching and facilitation skillsBachelor's degree in technical field (Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or related discipline)3-5 years of experience leading or supporting TPM initiatives in a manufacturing environment or strong leadership experience with Lean implementation & sustainmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in high volume or complex manufacturing environmentsTPM, Lean, or Continuous Improvement certifications (e.g., TPM Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Leader)Experience improving OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost performanceFamiliarity with maintenance analyticsWhat can you expect from us?Familyowned global company with longterm vision.Lifelong learning and tuition reimbursement.Comprehensive benefits and 401(k) match.Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities.Worklife balance and wellness programs.Climatecontrolled facility with ergonomic workstations.Onsite amenities including cafeteria, gym, and clinic.How do you apply?Apply on our career page.
